Sweet Corn Dip

I got this recipe from my friend Sally at the beginning of the summer and have probably made it 7 times already.  It is perfect for a weekend trip.  So easy, here's the recipe.

1 can black beans (drained)

3 can shoepeg corn (drained)

bunch of green onions chopped

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup olive oil

1 box crumbled feta cheese

Combine and it's usually best to refrigerate it for at least a few hours before serving.  We love eating it with blue corn chips.  Enjoy!
